Jeet Kune Do (Way of the Intercepting Fist) is the art and concept developed by Bruce Lee in the late 1960s.  The central notion of JKD is to use what techniques are effective for you, as Bruce Lee himself put it:

Absorb what is useful
Reject what is useless
Add specifically what is your own

We teach classic techniques from the JKD syllabus but with the mindset that everything we teach is JKD as long as it works for you.
